Jayne Kelley is an editor and writer based in Chicago. She works mostly on books about architecture.

She is currently a visiting assistant professor at the UIC School of Architecture and managing editor of MCHAP publications.

From 2013 to 2017, she worked at the Canadian Centre for Architecture in Montreal, most recently as managing editor in the publications division.

She is a co-author of The Western Town (Hatje Cantz, 2013), and her writing has appeared in ClogMAS Context, the Journal of Architectural Education, and Flat Out, where she is a member of the editorial board. In her freelance practice, she has copyedited manuscripts published by Lars Müller, Birkhäuser, and Routledge, among others.
